We are

The team

Vilje Bionics is a medical exoskeleton startup based in Oslo, Norway. Our purpose is to improve the lives of people with arm and hand disabilities by providing them with the world’s first wearable robotic exoskeletons for the entire arm that can enhance their mobility and independence. We are a passionate team of engineers, designers, business developers, and health professionals committed to positively impacting people's lives.

At Vilje Bionics, we hire people, not roles. We foster active collaboration, sharing knowledge, experiences, and challenges. We continuously adapt to the needs of users and stakeholders, working with agility and at a fast pace. We trust each other, delegate responsibilities, and help and encourage each other in tackling new challenges. In addition, we highly value a social work environment and work-life balance, where we all enjoy the journey of building a company.
